I have a shiny togepi and it has the ability hustle. Is this ability good?
Right, Starmie. I'm not sure whether to go +Spd, or +SpAtk nature, which do you reckon? What moveset do you think it should have aswell?

No you are better off with serene grace hustle isn't a good ability for togepi

yeh its fine to EV train with just dont teach it any physical moves or there accuracy will be lowered by 80% thanks to hustles effect

only if you had moves that have effects like burning by using flamethrower serene graces effect will increase chances of burning your opponents pokemon this goes also if you use moves like thunderbolt and ice beam serene grace will increase the chance of freezing and paralyzing.
This is because there is a higher chance of added effects. Let's say it uses T-bolt, it'll have a higher chance to paralyze the foe, or when using Flamethrower, it may burn the foe. All of these events will add up in the end and might end up deciding the battle. And Hustle has no effect on togepi because you'll only use special moves, so it doesn't help that much...
EDIT: Also referring to the EV training, it all depends on which one has better IV's.
