Salamance-Adamant-252 Attack/252 Speed

Dragon Dance
Dragon Rush
Zen Headbutt
Stone Edge/Earthquake

Can you see any flaws with this or if you have any recomendations can you post them please.

The accuracy of the moves will kill you. I suggest you go with Dragon Claw over Dragon Rush, Stone Edge, Brick Break, or Fire Fang over Zen Headbutt and Earthquake should be the last move. Try changing your ev spread to 120 HP / 252 Atk / 136 Spe. YOull make up for the speed after the Dragon Dance and it'll increase your survivability.
