if you want to evolve togepi lvl up with happiness give it vitamins it should evolve about 20-25 use a shiny stone on it to make it togekiss

i wouldn't put ryperior over dusknoir.

i would use the garchomp not electivire(personal preference).

why cant oyu evolve your togepi?

i wish to gain the ful potential of EV's so vitamins are a no go, it just wont evolve!!!!

Electivire go Ice Punch,

For Skarm, you have Tpunch, for Metagross, you have Earthquake, the only Steel i can think of that you don't cover is Bronzong

@ choice scarf maybe...to outrun most things.... Nah its a waste choice scarfing Weavile when its so damn fast already I'd say band it and go jolly. Though choice scarf is always an option for outspeeding threats like ScarfChomp it's a waste IMO. If you scarf it go adamant.

Fire blast seems weird for a physical sweeper but it does more to Skarmory then fire fang.
