Grass Knot or Energy Ball, which is beter?

grass knot, from preference, it is better, sayt youve got a crunching garchomp. ohko kim with GK

same goes with t-tar

you really want it closed? well it depends what your aiming to counter, some pokes will take the same damage when it comes to choosing either. i believe that grass knot and enery ball both do the same exact damage to swampert. theres other pokes that are more affected to energy ball than grass knot

i heard Energy Ball only does more damage to like... Politoed, Lanturn, and other stuff liek that...


but the only reason why you'd want to pick Energy ball over Grass Knot is to counter Manaphy and Vaporeon
