as for the status move i think its a throw up between WoW and Twave, id prefer Twave to make ur sluggish Gallade attack 1st
my gallade is as follows

leaf blade
T-bolt
focus blast
psycho cut

ev's atk,sp.def and speed
hardy nature

holding lansat berry
I think the best are standard(posted up above somewhere) and choice scarf

Gallade @ Choice Scarf
Adament

Close Combat
Psycho Cut
Night Slash
Leaf Blade

252 atk/252 spd/6 hp

i also made a tank gallade a while back...

Gallade @ Leftovers
Adament

Psycho Cut
Night Slash
Brick Break
Bulk Up

252 atk/252 sp def/6 hp

P Sweep/Tank- This is an unusual set for most Gallades. With his high sp defense base(115), he can take special attacks. Bulk Up gives him the physical defense, and boosts his offensive power. He is a great switch in on special sweepers.
MY GALLADE:

Adamant@ Choice Band
EVs: 252 Atk; 252 Spd; 4 HP
Close combat
Stone edge
Psycho cut
Night slash/ Leaf blade

The last move depends on how well the other members of my team can counter Cresselia and Swampert.

One word of advice, if you use something like this, try and have someone on your team who can thunderwave a few opponents - will make sweeping a lot easier.

Also the some EVs could be taken from Speed and put into HP. I'll eventually work out a better spread, but for now he works just fine for me.
