Well, you should definately want Flamethrower and EQ if it is possible for Flareon to learn EQ. Stone Edge would be great and I'm not too sure on the last move..

No. It's not good. It's a Flareon...
But, for a Flareon, it's pretty decent. But why are you EV training it's worst stats?

Actually, before those stats were it's best.
So now I'm EV training it in differently.
I mean base stats. Flareon has appaling Defense, and bad HP and speed.
