Problem with Registration? Been rejected? READ HERE FIRST! - Avia

All registrations require manual activation by an Administrator or System Ops member. Our policy is you must allow up to 24 hours for the process but normally it is done within minutes. It's a fast process, so you would know whether your account was accepted or rejected.
Please note, there is no E-Mail verification process on your part.
However, our system will validate your E-Mail address, if it fails, your account would be rejected.
Other rejection reasons;
- Inappropriate username; it may contain characters that would cause issues in our database or words that could offend other people.
- Length of username; long usernames cause issues with our templates, but in some cases we will manually rename users to shorten it. Unfortunately because certain capitalized letters take up more space than others, we cannot just limit by the amount of characters. But you should not be using more than 2 capitals per username. All capitalized usernames are unacceptable.
- Existing Account; if we suspect you have an existing account, we will reject your new registration.
This forum can be used to assist in the recovery of your lost accounts as well.
